What will the role involve?
* Up to 10-15 visits a day including companionship calls, social visits, and days out
* Supporting clients with learning disabilities, young, and elder
* Planning and preparing nutritious meals
* Shopping trips and appointment visits
* Personal Care Assistance (washing, toileting, dressing & grooming)
* Managing medication and other daily tasks
