Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE and CQS accreditation and seeking a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership? The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy and friendly firm. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE in conveyancing, possess CQS accreditation, and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will also inspire trust and commitment among others. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, contribute to the development of the conveyancing team, and work towards partnership.
Responsibilities
Establish, build, and maintain productive working relationships with the existing team, clients, and referrers.
Support the team in all matters arising, both internally and externally.
Work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple transactions.
Manage and oversee cases from inception to completion.
Handle a variety of residential client matters.
Engage with commercial clients in conjunction with the Partner in charge.
Ensure high-quality client service is consistently delivered.
Contribute to business planning with an understanding of the broader group implications.
Actively generate business from new and existing clients through effective internal and external business development activities.
Enhance the Curtis Parkinson brand in the local marketplace.
Develop a personal training business plan and contribute to the team's development alongside the Partner in charge.
In the absence of a Partner, take on the role of Conveyancing Team Leader.
