An opportunity has become available to join the Theatre Resource and Information team as an Information Assistant on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Role Overview
To work within the Theatre departments to support the Resource & Information Lead in providing and maintaining a comprehensive Theatre information system for Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an interesting and varied role, offering the successful applicant the opportunity to expand their knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Support the provision and development of a professional theatre information service to the Trust and its clients.
* Perform daily data quality checks, validation, manipulation, and correction of system data.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support, including diary management, typing, and minute-taking for the theatre information service and senior theatre staff.
* Assist the theatre Materials Management Officers with stores and supplies, ensuring proper receipting of items.
* Deliver a customer-focused service to staff, managers, clients, and suppliers.
