We are seeking an exceptional Group Executive Chef to lead and shape the culinary vision across two of the most exciting and culturally influential environments in London.
The successful candidate will lead culinary strategy, develop menus, inspire teams and ensure operational excellence across both sites.
What youll be doing As an Group Executive Chef you will be proactively managing and supporting a catering team as well as creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence across two sites.
Recruiting, training, supporting and people development to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, customer and client
Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
Develop and lead the overall culinary strategy
Design innovative, seasonal and commercially viable menus across cafés, restaurants, hospitality and events
Implement modern culinary trends including sustainable sourcing, plant-forward menus and healthy options
Ensure food quality, creativity and consistency across both site
Work closely with operations and client teams to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
Group Leadership Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight for both kitchen teams
Ensure operational consistency while maintaining the distinct identity of each site
Develop scalable menu systems and procurement strategies
Team Development:
Recruit, train and mentor kitchen teams across both locations
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and collaboration
Build future leadership within the teams
Innovation & Concept Development:
Continually evolve the food offer through new concepts, seasonal activations and collaborations
Introduce creative food experiences aligned with the music and creative industries
Financial Performance:
Manage food cost, labour cost and GP targets
Ensure menus are both creatively exciting and commercially viable
Contribute to revenue growth through events, retail offers and new food concepts
