This small special school caters for children aged 7-11 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as associated needs such as autism, ADHD, and attachment disorder. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students\' educational journey and emotional well-being. This full-time temp to perm Teaching Assistant contract offers a chance to develop your skills and gain experience working with children who require additional support.
You will work closely with experienced teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that each child receives the individual attention they need to thrive. Your patience, understanding, and ability to build rapport with children with special educational needs will be key in helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
