We are currently working with a great company based in Rochdale – who specialise within the Logistics Industry. They have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 9 months Contract
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Key Duties:
Reporting to Management Accountant – you will work across a range of Day to Day Accounting Duties – including:
6. Log / Process Supplier Invoices
7. Handle all Supplier Queries & Requirements
8. Reconcile Accounts Payable
9. Record Daily Cash Receipts from Customers
10. Management of Supplier Accounts
11. Liaise with Business both UK & Globally
12. Ad Hoc Admin Duties
Profile:
13. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
14. Experience working in fast paced environment is needed
15. Strong Communication skills
16. Finance experience would be beneficial not essential
17. Solid IT Skills – including Excel
