Marketing Manager – Leading Microsoft Partner

A leading Microsoft partner based in Glasgow is looking to appoint a talented Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role offering a dynamic working environment, blending remote flexibility with regular collaboration from their Glasgow office.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with sales and technical teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Manage content creation, digital marketing, social media, events, and partner marketing initiatives
Work closely with Microsoft on joint marketing efforts and partner programs
Track, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
Support internal communications and brand consistency
Required Experience:
Proven marketing experience within a Microsoft partner or a similar technology-focused environment
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including cloud solutions, M365, and Azure
Confident in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across departments
