M4 Recruitment are seeking a skilled Reach Truck FLT Driver to join our clients warehouse team based in SN3. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to handle and store goods, as well as performing a variety of warehouse duties to support our day-to-day operations. A flexible, proactive approach is essential, as youll be working across different tasks to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
Working Hours:Monday - Friday(8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a Reach Truck to safely move goods and materials within the warehouse, efficiently stacking and retrieving items from high racking systems.
* Assist with general warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for dispatch.
* Organise and store stock, ensuring its placed in the correct locations and rotated regularly to prevent damage or expiry issues.
* Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies.
* Load and unload deliveries, checking the condition of goods upon arrival and ensuring correct storage.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment, following health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
* Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to assist the wider team and improve warehouse efficiency.
