To coach an Academy squad (swimmers aged 8-12) with a primary focus on developing technique and skills • To assist on either our development or masters squads • Training sessions will take place Monday – Friday 4.30-7.30 and Sunday plus scope for additional coaching across other squads • To assist with prepool and land training when needed • To attend competitions with your squad and help with Stockport Metro competitions • To use initiative, be creative and come with new ideas • To follow a criteria set by Head Coach • To work with the Head of Academy to ensure a progressive pathway from Academy to Development squads • To cover other coaching sessions when needed.
