Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, preparation and cooking of meals to the required standard.
* Organise and control the operation to ensure food quality, presentation and service meet the required standards.
* Deliver efficient service to students while maintaining high food safety standards and excellent customer service.
* Personally plan, prepare and cook meals; produce menus and manage stock counts/ordering processes.
* Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously and carry out company bookwork.
* Carry out duties associated with delivering meals to a local school where required.
