Salary: £12.90 – £13.90 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Always ensuring high standards of cleanliness within our home, working closely with the maintenance and management teams to keep every room well looked after.
* Leading by example – you will vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the upkeep of all communal areas and our resident’s bedrooms.
* Supervising housekeeping and laundry assistants – managing staff rotas, providing any required training and ensuring that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly.
Key Skills / Qualifications
You’ll have experience in a housekeeping role, always completing work to high standards and taking pride in maintaining an organized environment. With strong communication skills, you’ll be able to confidently lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service, but you’ll also be happy working independently, prioritising and delegating tasks amongst your team where necessary. With an approachable and caring nature, you will enjoy getting to know each of our residents as well as working closely with other teams.
