Our clients have an exciting opportunity for an Export Customer Services Advisor to join their growing team, close to Havant.
The Customer Services Advisor will be responsible for supporting the Export Sales teams by managing customer enquiries, ensuring quotations are delivered on time, and helping to coordinate export logistics.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to all external and internal stakeholders.
* Manage incoming sales-related enquiries via phone and email.
* Administer documentation for Letters of Credit and other international payment methods.
* Liaise with Operations to expedite export projects and resolve delays.
* Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.
* Coordinate and host visits by clients, designers, and regulatory authorities to company sites or reference projects.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
* Prior experience in customer service, ideally within export or technical environments.

Mon to Thurs 08:00-16:30 & Fri 08:00-14:30
