We’re proud to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school located just outside Marlborough, easily accessible from Oxfordshire villages such as Watchfield, Faringdon, Shrivenham, and Wantage. We are recruiting Secondary Teachers (QTS), Cover Supervisors, and Support Staff to join this forward-thinking school as they expand their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering or supporting high-quality lessons across KS3–KS4
• Upholding clear expectations that promote positive behaviour and student engagement
• Providing pastoral and academic support to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Working alongside teachers and support teams to create a consistent, supportive environment
• Adapting confidently to different subjects, year groups, and classroom settings
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience within a UK secondary school (essential)
• A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexibility and confidence in fast-paced school environments
