Vehicle Technician – Ford Dealership (Crayford)
Full‑time, 46.33 hours per week. Salary £33,600 plus an OTE of £42,500. You will earn a guaranteed minimum of £3,333.33 per month ( £40,000 pa gross) for the first three months.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
* Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
* Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
* Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Requirements
Formal qualification City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
* MOT Tester qualification highly beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
