What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver hands-on personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
* Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and companionship.
* Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment through light household tasks.
* Follow individual care plans and accurately record care provided.
* Work both independently and as part of a supportive local team.
What We're Looking For
* A caring, patient, and compassionate nature.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential – full paid training is provided.
* A driving licence and access to a car are preferred but not mandatory.
Shift Patterns
* Morning & Dinner Calls: 6:30am – 2:00pm
* Tea & Bed Calls: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
* Alternate weekends required as part of a fair rota.
* Regular rest days included for a healthy work-life balance.
