Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for either a newly graduated engineer or someone with 2–3 years of post-graduate experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You should have:
· A Civil Engineering degree (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.
· Ideally some industry experience (placement, internship, or postgraduate role).
· Ambition, resilience, and a strong team-player mindset.
· Full UK driving licence (travel between sites and offices required).

What You’ll Do
· Assist with site supervision and daily construction activities
· Carry out setting out and surveying tasks
· Perform quality checks to ensure work meets specifications
· Support health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
· Contribute to solving technical and practical engineering issues
· Prepare progress updates, reports, and site documentation
· Support design reviews and compliance management to ensure works align with project specifications, standards, and regulations
