EduTalent Group are hiring for SEN Teaching Assistants to support a welcoming and inclusive SEN college in Ashford across multiple sites, with an immediate start available.

Job Description
* Provide tailored support to learners with a range of Special Educational Needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, behaviour and emotional development
* Support learners who may be disabled and or disadvantaged
* Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Support personal development, independence and social skills
* Follow individual Education, Health and Care Plans
* Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
* Use basic IT systems confidently and manage workload independently while contributing to a team approach
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people, SEN experience desirable but not essential
* Education to Level 2 in English and Maths
* Patient, empathetic and resilient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to self manage and work collaboratively
* Genuine interest in supporting learners with additional needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
