Base Locations: Pontefract, Wakefield, Doncaster, Eggborough, Barnsley
Salary: Unqualified: Base salary of £X, with a potential to earn up to £Y, including sleep-in shifts.
Qualified (full diploma Level or equivalent): Base salary of £X, with a potential to earn up to £Y, including sleep-in shifts.

Dove Adolescent Services seeks Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our team. You will help provide flexible, individual residential care packages for children and young people. Our goal is to transform lives by being passionate, innovative, and invested in everything we do.

Your role may include outdoor activities like walking, biking, visiting cinemas, or theme parks, depending on the interests of our young people.

Main duties and requirements include:
* Promoting, safeguarding, and protecting our young people's welfare
* Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
* Encouraging development of their interests
* Full training for Childcare Diploma Level / Apprenticeship Level
What we need from you:
* Experience supporting vulnerable young people (desired but not essential)
* Understanding and commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays
* Sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota
* Participation in activities that help young people feel at home
* Ability to work independently
* Good interpersonal skills and a positive team attitude
* Motivation and ability to engage and encourage young people
