The Role - Teaching Assistant
* Full-time Teaching Assistant position

* Supporting students across KS1-KS4
* Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
* Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Supporting students with SEN and additional needs
* Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or Care Worker would be highly beneficial.
Graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or child mental health are also encouraged to apply.
