A leading financial services firm requires an experienced Receptionist to cover their Front of House on a temporary basis while they recruit the role permanently. This is an urgent temporary role which, for the right candidate, could become permanent.


Key Responsibilities

* Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner and escorting them to meeting rooms.
* Managing the switchboard
* Managing meeting room bookings
* Keeping meeting rooms tidy and well stocked
* Ordering office supplies and lunches


Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in a reception role within a corporate environment is essential.
* Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
* Highly organised and proactive
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Reliable and punctual
