Technical Administrator – Food Manufacturing
Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the Technical/Compliance function and helping ensure food safety, quality, and audit readiness at all times.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining technical systems, SOPs, and compliance documentation
* Supporting internal & external audits
* Managing non-conformances and corrective actions (CAPA)
* Ensuring full traceability and supporting mock recalls
* Assisting with customer complaints and reporting
* Supporting export certification processes
What we’re looking for
* Experience in food manufacturing
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
* Strong Excel and administrative skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
* Food Safety / HACCP qualification (Level 2 or 3)
* Internal auditing experience
* Knowledge of 2nd / 3rd party audits
