The Role - Teaching Assistant
Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across the classroom
Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
Helping students stay engaged, regulated, and focused during lessons
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeing
Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation, confidence, and behaviour
Building positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A degree in Drama, Dance, Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
At least six weeks' experience in the last 3 years working with groups of children or teenagers (teaching, coaching, clubs, youth work).
A referee we can contact for a detailed reference.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Legal right to work in the UK.
A full CV including employment/education history with any gaps explained.
