Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for, with the support of an MDT, a caseload of people experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis.
You will deliver a NICE-concordant package of care for each person, ensuring that they have access to evidence-based recovery interventions whilst maintaining adherence to the Trust and national performance requirements for Early Intervention services.
You will complete initial assessments and participate in the duty and back‑up duty rotas, attend and contribute to team meetings, and have access to regular training and development to help you thrive in your role.

Qualifications
* Qualified and registered with the regulatory body as applicable; NMC, SWE, HCPC
* Evidence of robust continued professional development including training in relevant subjects
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of working in an NHS MDT either within a volunteer or paid post.
* Experience of working within a CMHT / EIS setting; managing a caseload of service users and completing assessments with people who have been referred into the service.
Knowledge
* An understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties including psychosis
* Knowledge and understanding of the Care Programme Approach 2008, and the upcoming changes to this including CMHF.
* An understanding of models and ideas of recovery from mental health problems.
