Are you a nurse looking for a supportive team and opportunities to develop new skills? Join the Twilight Community Nursing service in West Herts. We are developing new community pathways to support more care in people's homes, with new learning and development opportunities through the CLCH Academy.
We seek a part-time community nurse deputy team lead with a genuine interest in developing skills in this field. We support return-to-practice nurses and those transitioning from acute care. Flexibility, excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
Working hours are from 4.30pm to 8.30pm. You will be based at one of four sites within the Herts Valley area: Watford (BRE), Hertsmere (Potters Bar Community Hospital), St Albans and Harpenden (Harpenden Memorial Hospital), and Hemel Hempstead (The Forum, Marlowes).

The Community Nurse Deputy Team Lead (DTL) will provide general and specific care to patients under supervision, working in patients' homes and residential settings. The role involves competency assessments, promoting independence, and delivering quality care aligned with key performance indicators. The working pattern is 4.30pm-8.30pm across seven days to ensure continuity of care.
