Job Description
* Oversee the accounting department's daily operations
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Develop and implement effective financial strategies
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
* Supervise and mentor accounting staff
* Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities
* Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified accountant
* Strong leadership and management experience
* Experience working within a SME/ hands on environment
* Any experience in a fast growing, PE backed business would be desirable
