The role
Working as a key member of the Global Bid & Solutions team, collaborating closely with the sales team to win new clients and maintain existing ones through a competitive bidding process.
The role involves supporting the bid team and broader business in managing bids and tenders by collecting and researching company information to secure opportunities and increase market share. You will play a vital role in supporting the tender process and maintaining a group Knowledge Hub.
The Bid Coordinator will assist in creating compelling tender documents. This is a high-profile role working across our international offices.
Core Bid Duties:
* Assist in coordinating Bid Proposals, including supplier information, PQQs, frameworks, MSPs, RPOs, SOW, and consultancy.
* Support planning and coordination of bid production and delivery, ensuring timely submissions.
* Ensure bid responses are of high quality to achieve top scores and target win rates.
* Communicate effectively within the company regarding bid production and delivery.
* Work with marketing to ensure responses and presentations align with brand guidelines.
Other responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage quarterly updates.
* Manage case studies, keeping them current.
* Manage TED inbox and escalate new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Some commercial experience or aptitude.
* Assertive communication and influencing skills, adaptable to different audiences.
* Strong editing and writing skills, capable of handling technical and non-technical content.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Team player with a strong work ethic.
This role is based on-site. Part-time, 3-4 days per week.
