Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Part-Time – Nursing Home
Salary: Up to £23.80
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experienced Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their nursing home team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (Adult) or Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred care during night shifts.

What We’re Looking For
* Valid NMC registration as an RGN (Registered General Nurse – Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse).
* Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
* Strong clinical assessment, planning, and care delivery skills.
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Confidence using medical equipment and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.

* Carry out regular checks throughout the night to ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date medical records and care plans.
* Respond promptly to medical emergencies with professionalism and care.
* Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to deliver holistic care.
* Build respectful and trusting relationships with residents and their families.
* Offer reassurance and emotional support during the night.
* Monitor changes in residents’ health and report concerns promptly.
* Uphold infection prevention, hygiene, and safety standards in line with CQC guidance.
