Nderson Knight is recruiting on behalf of an evolving construction business based in Glasgow for an experienced and proactive Administrator to assist with the roll out and ongoing support of a new ERP system, along with general contract administration tasks. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the roll out and implementation of COINS ERP across the business • Provide administrative support across multiple departments within the construction sector • Offer IT systems support, including Office 365, SharePoint, MS Forms & Lists, and Adobe tools • Support the purchase ledger process, including raising purchase orders • Maintain document control, including subcontractor insurances and compliance documents • Input and manage supplier and customer data in the system • Open and close job files on the ERP system • Communicate confidently with internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Provide general contract administration as needed Requirements: • Previous experience in an administrative role within construction or a related industry • Familiarity with ERP systems – experience with COINS is highly desirable • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and associated tools • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks...
