Hire desk/transport administrator

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks.

We are currently looking to recruit a Hire Desk/Transport Administratorbased out of ourTelfordDepot.

Hours:8am to 5pm

Salary:£27,000 per annum

Requirements & Responsibilities to include:

1. Data entry
2. Attention to detail when passing on information
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Taking bookings over the phone and via email
5. High volume telephone calls and queries
6. High volume order processing
7. Dealing with customers throughout the day
8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and part of a team
9. Assist with general enquiries from drivers, customers, internal departments
10. Issuing PODs and WTN to customers
