Bank Care Team Leader
Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home, 108 Ettingshall Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, West Midlands WV14 9UG
£14.60 per hour
Hours as and when required - day and night shifts available

Are you our next Care Team Leader? Here’s more about the role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, while showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure residents are comfortable in their home, and you will support Care Assistants in their development.

* We provide the highest quality of personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Leisure and social activities are important parts of the day
* Being kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues is key to the role
What skills do I need?
* Teamwork to keep residents happy and the home a positive place
* Experience in care is essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable (or SVQ3 for Scottish homes)
* Good communication skills with a flexible approach
* Kindness and genuine care for older people, with respect and dignity for all
