Building Surveyor – Housing (Social Housing Provider) Regional Housing Association £220 PAYE to £290 Umbrella per day 37.5 hours per week / 5 days per week Permanent We are working with a large Housing Association who are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across their housing stock. The role focuses on improving customers’ homes, enabling residents to live independently, and supporting health and wellbeing outcomes. You will work closely with Asset Leads, housing teams, and contractors to deliver surveying and project management services across predominantly residential properties, with some commercial assets.
