What You’ll Be Doing

* Use your industry knowledge to confidently understand customer needs, product applications, and production capabilities.
* Act as the vital link between sales and production, ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the office, supporting a productive and well-organised working environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a B2B environment.
* A highly motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and growing accounts.
* Ambition to build a long-term career in sales, with a strong desire to learn and progress.
* Confident and professional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Flexibility to travel between sites when required.
