Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Agency Nursery Assistant to join our team in Oakington, Cambridge, working with children in a nursery setting, providing high-quality care and education, and supporting the development of young minds, utilising long-term and short-term planning strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, in a role that requires flexibility, patience, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children in a nursery setting, and a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, you will also need to be flexible, patient, and able to think creatively, with a passion for providing high-quality care and education, and supporting the development of young minds, in a role that requires a range of skills, including planning, observation, and assessment, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
