About the Role
ITS Property Maintenance are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to join our growing team, covering Hull and East Yorkshire.
This is a mobile role involving a mix of electrical installations, responsive day-to-day repairs, and remedial works across domestic properties. You’ll be working within a supportive team, delivering high-quality services to our clients while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of electrical installation works
*
Complete responsive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
*
Perform fault finding, inspection & testing, and remedial works
*
Ensure all work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
*
Deliver a first-time fix approach where possible
*
Maintain accurate records and certification
*
Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times
What We’re Looking For
*
ECS Gold Card (Electrician Grade) – essential
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
*
C&G 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
*
Full UK Driving Licence
