The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Adapting your teaching approach to meet the needs of diverse learners, including pupils with mild to moderate SEND
* Upholding school behaviour policies and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment
* Building positive relationships with students and staff to support engagement and progress

About You
We are looking for teachers who are confident, flexible, and passionate about education.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (KS3 & KS4)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
* A commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding

* A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (highly desirable due to travel between schools)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
