Employment Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, North West England, To c£80,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and collaborative law firm. JOB REF: 4043

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will provide employment law advice to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, working on varied and often complex matters.
\n• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
\nAssisting with the supervision and management of more junior members of the team.
\n• Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
\nYou will be able to demonstrate a solid track record in supporting employer clients in a wide range of advisory and litigated cases
\n• Any experience of employment tribunal advocacy would be an advantage.
\n• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
\n• Strong time management and organisational skills
\n• A flexible and proactive approach to work
