Willow Nursery and Pre-school are looking for passionate and enthusiastic relief early years practitioners to join our team.
As a relief practitioner you will be working as and when required to cover holiday, sickness and staff absence. Willow is open from 7.30am-6pm, but the successful candidates can inform us of their availability (term time only or all year round contract also available).
Your role:
* To support the team in providing high quality early years care and a holistic approach to education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
* To carry out your role to a high standard, working on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of the team.
* To embrace the challenges of an early years environment and be able to support children with a wide range of developmental needs.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
* To focus on and celebrate achievements no matter how big or small.
* To continually reflect upon provision and work with colleagues and managers to ensure the provision meets each child's individual needs.

A minimum of a Level 2 qualification, a good understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage is preferred.
