Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne £95 – £115 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | Immediate Start The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will: Support students who need extra help managing behaviour and engagement Work 1:1 and in small groups to build routines and positive habits Help de-escalate situations calmly and effectively Support students in and out of lessons, including during transitions and breaks Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teaching staff Encourage confidence, resilience, and a positive approach to learning You’ll play a key role in helping students reset, refocus, and succeed.
