About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom learning, providing tailored assistance to students, and helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet students’ individual needs.
* Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring engagement and understanding.
* Provide emotional and behavioural support to students as needed.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
* Support students with personal care and daily routines when required.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
