We are recruiting for a fantasticSales Advisorto join the VIP team!
Based at ourKioskin St George's Shopping Centre, the successful Sales Advisor will earn up to £7.90 per hour & achievable monthly bonus’.
This role is part time, 16 hours per week.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be confident and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and truly represent the VIP brand. As theUK’s LeadingPremium Vaping & Electronic Cigarette Operator, this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding company and as a Sales Advisor, you will be at the very heart of all the action.
Main duties of a VIP Sales Advisor:
* Providing customers with an outstanding experience
* Driving sales of all VIP products, achieving individual sales targets & contributing to the wider performance of the Kiosk
* Accurately processing sales through the Epos system
* Driving our fantastic offers
* Carrying out customer consultations to give a superb VIP experience
* Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information
Essential requirements of a VIP Sales Advisor:
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
* Fantastic sales approach
* Concise numeracy skills
* Track record in providing exceptional customer service
* Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach
* Excellent team player
* Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage!
