Location and schedule
Location: Hybrid - Head Office in Canary Wharf, London. Training fully in the office. Hours: 40.0 per week, between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday.
Compensation
Salary/Rate: £12.30/hour + benefits. Commission: Uncapped commission structure paid monthly. On target earnings of £3000 per annum (Commission shall not form part of your contractual remuneration and is subject to change at any time).
Reports to
Reports to: Team Manager.
Progression
Agents can progress to positions such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive and Team Manager.
Outline and responsibilities
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our existing team for Pierre et Vacances. The travel agent will handle incoming calls on behalf of Pierre et Vacances, exploring and understanding customer needs and expectations. Suitable candidates will speak Spanish and English fluently and have a passion for customer service with a natural ability to influence sales.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls for both sales and service
* Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by Pierre et Vacances
* Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
* Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
* Outbound cover during holiday periods
* Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
* Assist customers on live chat with enquiries about the product and website bookings
