What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of planning, forecasting, and trading across key categories-ensuring your insights drive sales, margin, and stock efficiency.
Planning & Forecasting
Lead all pre-season planning, analysing prior performance and building future strategies with the Buying team.
Produce and manage WSSI forecasts that support buying decisions and sales objectives.
Identify trading patterns, bestsellers, and continuity lines, ensuring both store and online channels are effectively supported.Trading & Stock Management
Oversee daily and weekly trading performance, taking proactive actions to maximise sales and safeguard profit.
Manage intake and OTB to keep stock levels aligned with seasonal plans.
Approve ranges and purchase orders, ensuring they meet margin and pricing targets.Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Develop pricing structures that support wider business objectives.
Lead promotional planning and markdown activity, working closely with the commercial team on key campaigns.
Provide insight, challenge, and guidance to cross-functional partners, acting as a key commercial voice to Buying and leadership.What You'll Bring
We're seeking an experienced merchandiser who is confident operating at senior level and brings strong retail acumen.
You will have:
Proven merchandising experience within a retail environment.
Solid knowledge of WSSI, OTB, and all trading levers.
High numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
Strong communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience supporting, developing, or leading others.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Why Join?
