TSA Riley is hiring a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the built environment, client engagement, and delivering high-quality projects.
With an established client base and a legacy in Building Surveying, this is your chance to influence strategy, lead projects, and shape our services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
* Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
* Advise on building regulations, planning, and property legislation.
* Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
* Conduct dilapidation assessments and negotiate for clients.
* Ensure health and safety compliance.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Handle Part Wall issues, notices, and awards.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
* Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
* Full MRICS membership or equivalent.
* Experience at a senior level in surveying and client projects.
* Strong knowledge of building construction and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of contracts like JCT or NEC.
* Proficiency in MS Office and industry systems.
