Job Description:
Overview: First Military Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to play a vital role in site surveys and project management of heating and cooling systems for various client projects, including planned works, contingencies, and fast response works.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Site and customer management
* Site surveys and audits
* Provide technical and practical support to engineers in HVAC project delivery
* Quoting for project elements: equipment, labour, transport
* Building detailed RAMS for clients and sales team
* Supporting technical standards and operational policies
* Project planning and management
* H&S compliance and RAMS awareness, with guidance from HSEQ
* Participate in the OOH on-call rota
Skills and Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in HVAC engineering or related M&E field
* 2+ years experience in HVAC, focusing on heating/cooling systems
* Proficiency in MS Office and tablet reporting tools
* Knowledge of industry codes and standards
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personable with engineers and office professionals
* Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
* Ambassadorial attitude towards the business
* Results-driven, mechanically minded, adaptable to workload changes
* Ability to manage multiple projects across sites
Desirable:
* Experience with HVAC design software
* H&S qualifications like NEBOSH
* Previous project management experience
* Experience in the Hire industry
