Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected company within the branded merchandise sector, to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting the delivery of a seamless account management service. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communication across departments, managing quotations and orders, and ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Coordinator role:

• Source products to meet customer specifications using internal systems and supplier networks.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, negotiate costs, approve proofs, and manage lead times.
• Prepare accurate quotations and product specifications using CRM and information systems.
• Input and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
• Manage artwork and proof approvals between customers and suppliers.
• Track live orders to ensure production lead times are achieved.
• Liaise with customers on quotations, order updates, and delivery planning.
• Coordinate communication between Sales and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting and account review documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and customer experience.

Candidate Requirements for the Sales Support Coordinator role:

Essential:
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Desirable:
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, or merchandise-based environments.
