Temp Administrator
0730 to 1600 Monday to Thursday and 0730 to 1200 Fridays.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a person to join a business based in Southam as an office Administrator position ongoing or a possible temp to perm.
Main duties as an Administrator
You will be working as an administrator, dealing with general administration duties, supporting the phone lines in speaking to customers and redirecting calls.
Administrator requirements:
Comfortable on a phone call with customers
Good IT Skills
Experience working as an office administrator would be ideal but not compulsory.
Administrator's daily responsibilities:
Taking and directing calls
Using internal systems to process work
Scanning documents into the system
General non-technical, admin work
