Role: Locum Sleep Physiologist

Duration: 3 Months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Rate: £28 – £40 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sleep Physiologist to join our client’s team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialist role within a supportive and dynamic environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality respiratory and sleep diagnostic services.
The successful candidate will be confident in performing a range of respiratory and sleep studies, interpreting results, and supporting patient care through accurate diagnostics and clinical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting and interpreting a variety of respiratory and sleep investigations, including lung function testing and sleep studies.
* Ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with clinical protocols and safety standards.
* Maintaining accurate patient records.
* Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Qualifications and Experience
* BSc in Clinical Physiology (Respiratory/Sleep) or equivalent.
* Significant experience in respiratory and sleep diagnostics.
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
* Ability to work cross-sites.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
