We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Skills Assessor to join our team.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning and Skills Assessor, with experience in the Business Administration sector, to join our dynamic Apprenticeships team.
In this role, you will assess apprentices’ knowledge and skills against agreed vocational standards, supporting them to progress and achieve through high‑quality feedback, targeted guidance, and structured learning plans. You will work closely with apprentices, employers, and internal teams to uphold excellent standards across the apprenticeship journey.

Coastland College is a General Further Education College spread across two campuses – one situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in Weymouth and the other on a beautiful 18th‑Century Estate near the market town of Dorchester.
