Role Purpose
The role acts as the conduit between the IT department and Healix Health, ensuring clear and effective two‑way communication. The incumbent captures change requests for the Healix Health product suite, validates their business value and collaborates with the IT team to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions on a transparent schedule.
Responsibilities
* Capture and analyse business requirements.
* Translate non‑technical requirements into technical specifications.
* Report concisely and clearly on technical matters to non‑technical staff.
* Effectively translate requirements into IT solution deliverables.
* Project manage multiple workstreams using agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
* Participate in Healix Health workshops and provide status updates.
* Deliver IT solutions on schedule and in alignment with agreed business requirements.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Commercial experience in business analysis.
* Experience working with complex multi‑user cloud and on‑premises systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for presentation creation.
* Strong communication skills: influence, translate, and present technical matters to diverse audiences.
* Ability to drive agile projects using PRINCE2 methodology or similar.
* Strong management skills and ability to deliver sustainably against agreed objectives and KPIs.
Relevant Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent.
* A recognised qualification in business analysis.
Desired Criteria
* At least 3 days a week office presence.
* Additional experience with PRINCE2 or agile frameworks.
Salary
£45,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year.
