Customer Relations Advisor\n\nTemporary - ongoing with potential to go permanent\n\nDo you see yourself as a problem solver?\nAre you someone who likes to get to the bottom of an issue?\nCan you make decisions based on facts and findings?Our client is expanding their internal customer relations department further, and whilst it's quite telephone based, this is NOT a call centre environment.\n\nIf you feel you have the above qualities and want to join an internal customer relations team, we'd love to see a copy of your cv.\n\nMain duties will include:\n\nCommunicating with the client's business partners over the phone, following through on and investigating complaints raised by previous and existing customers. \nLiaising with your colleagues who organise release of information within the current Data Protection guidelines.\nConsidering possible regulatory breaches or operational incidents which could affect the business or customer.\nLogging details and updating information on the inhouse systems as they arise for others in the team to review if needed.\nRecording findings and answering questions raised over the phone as well as email and on-line chat.\nKeeping an eye out for patterns / trends that might arise and raise awareness to the management team for further investigation.Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500! \n\nUnfortunately, due to high numbers of applications, we are only able to respond to shortlisted applicants.
